I have cheats on for perfect grind and manual, but I can't get the 50,000 something points off of the gas sign at the ranch. There is no way to stall on it, and that is usually how I get my points up so high. Also, what is the $700 panda suit for?

As long as you keep the combo going after you've gotten the Gas Sign gap you should be able to reach 50k points. The panda suit is just like any other equipment/apparel you can purchase.
