A human that kills an animal with no reason soon or later will kill another human...so before upgrade himself to start killing Humans- gladly I will let the state eliminate him. A MURDER IS A MURDER no matter to whom is directed too - ANIMALS or HUMANS- a life got lost!!! Yes I will vote for this CANDITATE.. after I will Juge this individual for his other abilities too.

Yes, I would. Humans are selfish and they need to learn that they aren't the only one's that have a right to live. These animals aren't harming them at all and humans are collectively destroying their species. This is not evolution, this is man at his worst. Take a look at how humans treat animals and tell me these animals don't feel pain or don't have any sort of feelings. They may be fairly primitive, but if you were to learn more about them, they grieve as well and can feel pain and are just as important on our planet as anyone else.
That's pretty extreme. I would like to hear the candidates ideas on crimes against humans though. Also, the death penalty hasn't stopped any of the crimes it was instituted for yet, so I wouldn't expect it to stop poaching either. Might deter it some though.
No, don't think killing animals deserves the death penalty for humans.
I think the death penalty is a little harsh.
There are lots of good reason for the death penalty ! Animals are not on the list
