Can I get arrested for this?

If my friends and I dressed up in costumes and walk around in the streets can I get arrested? We want to dress a panda, Ronald McDonald, BK dude, Jack in the Box dude, or something else. If we just walk around will police arrest us? I live in Las Vegas to tell you. Leave a comment saying to add detail if you don't understand.

no, as long as you dont commit a crime, dressing up is not a crime

There's no law against being weird.

.
If you cause a dangerous crowd to form and they ask you to leave and you don't - they give you silver bracelets. However, they may just take you in for questioning and really put a damper on your evening. Why don't you try and get attention by doing something good instead of prancing around in an animal costume.
no you can't get arrested for walking around in a costume .. they might consider you for an eep (emergency evaluation petition) though and if you do get stopped by the police - don't cause a scene because then you can be arrested or charged with disorderly conduct, be respectful and polite because i'm sure the phone lines for 911 will light up like crazy to report your suspicious behavior.
As long as you haven't broken any laws you'll not be arrested. You might get checked out when a few people call it in, though LOL.
if u just walk around yes thats fine u wont be arrested. but if u mean walk around and cause a scene yes he has a reason to arrest u because your disturbing the public.
it's against the law to be naked in public, but other than that you're free to dress anyway you want.
It is not illegal to my knowledge. In Vegas they have a lot more stuff than that going on as long as you don't commit crimes while in costume there should be no legal issue.
I know of no law against simply dressing in a costume.

CA 185 does cover wearing a costume, mask, false whiskers, etc, BUT it is a violation to do so only if breaking some other public offense.

(185.) Section One Hundred and Eighty-five. It shall be unlawful for any person to wear any mask, false whiskers, or any personal disguise (whether complete or partial) for the purpose of:

One--Evading or escaping discovery, recognition, or identification in the commission of any public offense.

Two--Concealment, flight, or escape, when charged with, arrested for, or convicted of, any public offense. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
