If i scan for a virus in normal windows will it find the same virus in safemode?

this problem is kind of har the thing is that i use to have a virus called

W32.Myzor.fk@yf virus and i scanned for it with panda free online scan i also scanned for it in trendmicro free online scan i scanned for it with mcafee i also scanned for it with avg anti spyware i also scanned for it in spybot also with spyware terminator also with adawre and finnaly with xoftspy so becasue i think the virus is hidden or something do you think theese software would still find them? also lets say if they dont becasue its booted in normall mode but i boot it in safemode will theese software find the virus in safemode?

It's less likey to find a virius in safe mode, as you probably know, when you boot in safe mode only the minimum of tasks are running( icons are big,screen is black) i have went thru the same thing you tried, and only found one anti virius software that worked well " stop sign".....i'll settle for the 2 points regardless
