I tried running my panda and it said it found it and ask if i want to delete i say yes and instead of deleting it , it says , notified, i also ran windows defender and it said the same thing with the same out come. Why can't i delete it or get rid of it some way

go into safemode by restarting the computer , once in safemode run those scanners again... this time it should remove
Try rebooting your computer or Reformat it if you really like it gone!
